Geographical condition

1． Geographical location

　　The company magistracy locates the southeast of Minhang District in Shanghai, eastern region tightly near Shanghai Minhang economic and technique development area and Minghang power station, inside magistracy it contains a waterworks and Xinhua Automobile Factory.
East of the magistracy is to Kunyang road, south along the yellow river, west to the daughter's coast (march with Songjiang), north to the Dongchuan Road. It is 30 km from Xu Jia hui and 18 km from Xinzhuang, which is the place of government of Minhang District.

2． Cover the area
　　Company magistracy traverses 5 km from east to west and the distance from south to north is 1.1km. Our company owns the 5000 remaining acres land area, and now there are still 2000 remaining acres ground to exploit and develop.

3． Weather and climate
　　The weather in Shanghai is pleasant, which belongs to the north subtropics ocean quarter breeze weather.
　　The average temperature is 15 ℃ in whole year, monthly average temperature is 3 ℃(January), the highest monthly average temperature( July, August) is 28 ℃ .
　　The predominance direction of wind is a southeast breeze.
　　In the whole year non-frost period roughly is 230 days.
　　The average rainfall of whole year measures roughly 1120 millimeter.

4． Ground level
　　In company magistracy the ground natural elevation is averagely 3.5 meter. Because the topography is higher and we have more perfect drain system, our company did not encounter the disaster of the flood or rainstorm.

5． Transportation conveyance
　　Railway: The railroad branch line locates the Dongchuan Road and Jiangchuan Road, and connects with railway all over the country through the two main stems form Shanghai to Nanjing and from Shanghai to Hangzhou. Shanghai railroad branch office is in central part of the magistracy. In north of Jiangchuan Road about 100 meters establish the railway station of Minhang to carry out and accept the goods for consign and arrival affairs.
　　Highway: Connect the national road net. Through Jiangchuan Road, Dongchuan Road or Jianchuan Road to turn into the fast trunk highway from Shanghai to Minhang and the fast trunk highway from Xinzhuang to Fengxian directly to downtown. Furthermore, it also connects with outside round highway through which can quickly arrive the Huhang Highway, Huqingping Highway, Huning Highway and Hujia Highway into No.320 country way from Kunyang Road.
　　Subway: Shanghai subway No.1 line is from the Shanghai train station to Xinzhuang.
　　Pearl Line: It is from Xinzhuang to Dongchuan Road end of central and north part of the magistracy and was set up in 2003 to traffic.
Sea transportation: It is 17km from Guangang International Container Dock of Minhang District; it is more than 50km from Zhuang Hua Bang International Container Dock. The sea transportation can lead to more than 160 countries and areas all over the world.
　　Freshwater: Huangpu River along the magistracy connects Changjiang Delta Region through Changjiang water system. Huangpu River seacoast line of magistracy is 4km and the present docks can berth sea craft of 3000 ton.
　　Aviation: Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport is 27km far away from north of magistracy. Through the outside round line directly to airport, little bus can arrive within half an hour. Pudong International airport is more than 50km far away from the magistracy and little bus can arrive within 50 minutes.
